This isn't really an issue when the LEDs are fully on, but becomes an issue when LEDs are dimmed down and the frequency slows down.”
Light from the display is traveling in pulses dictated by the frequency of the electrical current. Your brain cannot tell the difference in real time because it is so fast. This camera has a frame rate that is probably close to what is actually happening and so it gives a realistic illusion the lights are flickering. Hope this answers your question. :)
Rory Murray this was sold just under a year ago. There are a few online or sale if you check out the normal routes like Autotrader, eBay etc. However, this is over the 3,500kg car licence limited. So you’d either need your licence upgraded or grandfathers rights to be in tact.

How much is this going for and can you drive this under a normal licence
