Great video. I would like to know how Odoo sort in the barcode app the order of the picking?

it is still very hard to be honest,
because the traceability limitation, odoo always demo product transfer by defined quantites, for example: 1 unit table, you won't sell 1.2 unit table,
but in fact, in a some industrial, that you sell you product by weight and the purity of the product could be variance from 99.9% to 99.5%, so your total output in the same packaging size will be 99.9kg to 99.5kg.
if i select the traceability by lot, it will only records the 1 trace number and 1 total weight, so my employee has to insert the shipping weight manual to each line, but if i select the traceability by serial number each scan will show only 1kg.
if Odoo can help us on solving this problem, thank you in advance

How can create the cluster barcode?

Surely you made an error on the Cluster Pack demo by putting two products from two different orders into the same bin? At the end you had one order with one product in each bin and one order in one bin alongside a product from the other order. Also not very smart if you can scan one order into two different bins without getting a warning.

This process is still very bad. Not to mention Odoo let you make a mistake in the picking. You put 1 order into 2 clusters. Even the V17 does not have this solved.
