Never seen a keeper terrorise a team so much in all my life just goes into total beast mode, they must be like what do we need to do ?! Shame about his health . He should always be remembered as the greatest ever , absolute legend
He used to gather the ball and catch it all the time, not just palm it out. Especially impressive given the six yard box was essentially a slip and slide composed almost entirely of mud, with a wee bit of grass thrown in for good measure. That save in the 3 - 3 match was, and still is, the best I ever did see. McGregor is a great keeper, but people forget in the 90s Rangers would rarely dominate celtic, they'd play to catch them on the break; meaning Goram would be stupidly busy more often than not.
Holy Shit! You actually forget how good this guy actually was. I honestly think he's the best Goalie to play not just for us but probably in this Country.!! Absolutely incredible.
Watching this video nearly 2 years on and sadly we've just lost "The Goalie"... what's really impressive about this isn't actually the amount of spectacular saves (we all know he was capable of them) its the amount of times he makes tricky saves look easy by getting his full body behind the ball and actually managing to hold onto the ball where an average keeper would parry.
I have been in the company of the best goalkeeper Scotland has ever seen and the guy is class just as he was on the pitch, an absolute legend, No surrender Andy Goram

Goram was absolutely phenomenal. Rangers have been fortunate to have some fabulous goalies including Klos, McGregor and THE Goalie. Henrik Larsson scored the grand some of 0 goals into the Goalie.👌
