We booked Maruti Brezza Lxi on 20th September 2021. Maruti salesperson assured us that he will deliver the car in Navaratri. When we contacted him on 6th October he refused to deliver the car. He don't even know when he will deliver the car next. So we went to Toyota's showroom to see Urban Cruiser.

I would like to tell the viewers that Logistics and hadling charges are illegal. Dealers cannot claim logistic charges from the customer as it is included in the ex - showroom price. No hidden charges can be claimed from the customers. They cannot impose an obligation on you to buy accesories, it is not mandatory however if they do you can mail to the respective company itself and tell them about the situation. Also you pay around 14% extra in the name of rto and insurance to the dealers, it is always advised to compare the prices from outside first.
Its illegal .. but in our country enforcement is so poor..

Brought an urban cruiser high AT costed on road 13L in Bhubaneswar . Nice customer experience form toyota side , delivery experience was awesome . Sales man was kind and humble in every respect . No waiting period just went to see the car in godown and booked the same car with that perticular checis number , got a fancy number . The sales executive did every paperwork , no tension also gave some accesories worth 6k for free and got around 20k discount. Quality and brand promise from toyota❤️ just Little disappointed as there was no available of foglamp and rear camera in the showroom, they gave us 2 month to order. Now waiting to see 1st service experience ❤️
Update- as we have just one service showroom in odisha got a little disappointed in 1 st service , took long hour around 3 hr just for 1st service . 1st service is nothing just a checkup.They gave us late appointment so we have to face that. Next time we will give the car in early Morning for quick delivery. They took 170 rs for car sanitize . Lets wait for 1st oil change 👍at 10000 km
