Bro, you actually didn't put Cover Fire and Lonewolf ? The first one is basically the best offline shooting game and the second one is the best sniper game with more realistic aspects than the paid Hitman game.
This list has a lot of long storyline offline games like Hitman, Little Nightmares, Forgotten-memories-remastered etc. For bonus i can recommend: Bully, Yes, your grace , GTA games.
⚠ To play some games offline (Pascal's Wager, Car Parking Multiplayer 2, Lost Future etc.) you have to first open the game with internet and then turn off the internet in the main menu or in the game. ⚠
