The REFS........They were supposed to give Lakers 40 Free Throws to counter the Nuggets having the best player in the game.
The refs did allow AD to HOLD Jokic like a slow dance partner, which is similar to indirectly giving the Lakers FTs because they're not calling the fouls in favor of the Nuggets. The final score probably reflects the Lakers getting 40 FTs directly and indirectly.
