You can put up white board in your house and list what u want to sell and send an invite to all players in the server outside your house as shown on video. Then when players comes to your house and keen to buy your toys or pets, they will pay you through cash register. So u need to buy a cash register from furniture list and place at home to receive bucks payment.

The speed boat does not work. Ppl does not care. I tryed and ppl was not intrested
