I'm a Mustang guy. But I like the ZL1. Handles well, big power, and MANUAL. If I wanted a Manual GT500, I gotta go with 13/14 which won't handle as well.
i really want one of these but have never had anything that heavy on the track. does the car carry its weight well? i had a tesla model s plaid and that thing was nearly 5k pounds and felt every bit a fat monster lol

Our ZL1 1LE manual makes around 800 hp from Cam, LT headers, lower pulley, fuel system upgrades etc… and our stock mostly stock except JLT intake and res delete which supposed added 40!hp 2021 GT500 definitely still feels faster but it’s close. The 7 speed duel clutch trans is so incredible and feels so much different it’s hard to tell which car feels more powerful. Both handle great but GT500 I feel a little more confident in its control. Maybe a stock ZL1 1LE may feel Like it handles better because it has less power and doesn’t get as loose in the rear as it does now that it has another 150 hp. Love the manual with rev match it’s so much fun but the GT500 is a blast to drive as well so it’s a tough choice if I was choosing. Interior the ZL1 has the edge but handles go to the Shelby and when both stock power goes to the Shelby without a doubt. GT500 more comfortable because more room inside so so if you are a heavy person GT500 more comfortable for sure. Idk they are both sexy to look at so exterior is a tie for me. Now the Challenger was built for big people so if you are big snd you want room then 💯 get a Challenger. Challenger also has a useful back seat unlike both the Shelby and Camaro. Challenger red eye in a straight line is almost as fast as the GT500 and faster than a stock ZL1 but doesn’t handle worth of crap so on a road course even if you set it up to run a road course with every upgrade and weight loss you can do you still gonna get busted up l by either the Shelby or the Camaro. All 3 are awesome cars but Challenger to me looks more like old school muscle and is the most comfortable by far. Stock for stock the GT500 gets the sll around edge in driver experience and the ZL1-1LE manual may be the funnest because of tbe 6 speed and rev match. Can’t go wrong with either car but the guy driving in this video clearly made the best choice for him. He may drive a GT500 and like it better IDK but I’d love to see him do the same run with it to compare.
