Well not really true. She started around 1969 which is pretty much early 70s. She also was busy doing other things and establishing herself so it wasn’t late really, she was just refining herself as an artist. That’s what singers did (and still should do) nowadays unlike these too young singers going to Eurovision and sounding awful😂 experience is KEY
@@libertas6884 not everyone participating in Sanremo goes to Eurovision. In fact, most Sanremo winners don't since RAI just decides to internally select someone else to go. It was only in 2015 when it became consistent although Sanremo winners are given a choice whether to go to Eurovision or not, like in 2016, where the runner up Francesca went instead.
For me, she deserves to go to your vision this year because she’s been trying to go for so many year and still hasn’t broke through makes me realize she hasn’t given up and hard to get in. Hope she still tries if she can because she almost at the age of passing away 😢🥺🙏🏻
