Look look, it’s okay if you don’t know. Sometimes you just got to take an f letter grade for a test while looking mighty and cool, and once you get home, cry...
Hi can I ask is Sodium Chloride correct? Why is the 3 in the phosphate.? I think it should be in sodium since sodium has a charge of +1 so if we add it to three phosphide 3- we can have Na3P 😅😅 sorry Im just confused
Thank you! man you just made me understand more in 10minutes than my chem teacher can in two weeks
Same
of course the same
I've been searching thru Khan academy and other lecture sites but this is by far the best 10 min lecture!! Thank you so much
You are most welcome
why isn't the 3 after Na for sodium phosphide
+Alex Archibeque my mistake...it should be Na3P...you are correct
+Chem Academy sweet thanks. Good vids by the way
you just taught me more than my chem teacher- here 👑 i think u dropped this
Thank you!! you explained better than my college teacher. Makes more sense to me now
you are in college doing this?
This helped me understand why the "Crisscross" method works, thank you.
I'm so glad you clarified the typo because That means I got them all right! yay
धन्यवाद संयुगे त्यांचे रेणूसूत्र लेखन पद्धत समजावून सांगितले
Why doesn’t the chem book just say that? 😭 so much easier to understand thank you!
Sodium Phosphide. Sodium has a + charge. Phosphorus 3- charge. Shouldn't the three subscript be next to the sodium to balance things out?
Yeah I think so, because if you look further down the examples at
Sodium Sulfide it’s written the other way Na2S
Yes, i found this helpful.
Thank you!^^
thank you so much, this video was a BIG help :)
Slow down on the regular chemistry students. You're a soul crusher...
Thank you very much!!!
wow you rock thank you!!!!!!!
i got this video for doing the assignemt, now im learning it lol
how do u know the subscript if it's a transition metal?

I'm confused about the "and " I think he meant "or" ? I hope
Thank you!!
Can you please explain how to do Potassium iodide? I see that it should be KI, but i keep getting K5I when i solve it...
They both have a charge of one +/- so they cancel eachtoher out so you just get KI
Why the 2 at CsF (Caesium Fluoride)?
+Innocent Ng. BANZI My mistake it should be CsF
how can silver be in this at all? its not a metal or a non right?
Pretty sure it's a metal lol, you probably confused it with aluminum
thank you
there is an error on the try on your own- sodium phosphide = Na3P NOT NaP3
