Lately, especially over the past couple of months, I’ve felt this deep need to withdraw from certain people and turn inward. It’s been challenging because I’ve always been a fiery extrovert, and those around me are struggling to understand this shift. Honestly, I can’t fully explain it myself, but I’ve reached a point where I just can’t handle certain energies anymore. Things that used to bring me joy no longer resonate, and on a spiritual level, I feel like I’m undergoing some kind of transformation. I’ve become far more sensitive to the energy of others-sometimes even from people who have always been kind and supportive. Yet, being around them now feels overwhelming, almost unbearable, and I can’t quite articulate why. It feels odd and uncomfortable to distance myself, especially from those who mean well, but intuitively I know I need to protect my space and energy. I do feel guilty at times because these are good, caring people, but something in me just knows it’s necessary to withdraw. I wish I could understand what’s happening on a deeper level, but for now, I’m trusting my instincts. It’s all part of this evolution I’m going through, even if I don’t have all the answers yet.

I have been standing out loud unwontedly at work. I’m a nurse i literally just work! And I’m so quiet. I talk only as needed literally; Im very chatty and they don’t talk bout anything I like. Like I don’t use tik tok and I’m with different fashion sense. Different music. Different shows. But I feel work is a place to practice self character developing when is a road for self discovery. Damn Christina- the Leo reading is soooooo spot on. I definitely learned to dim my light. I even had a “bestie” that stopped being friendly after her marriage and it broke my heart to not know why. Years later she reached out and apologized and told my I was just too “sparkly” and it threatened her. All those years I believed it was the exact opposite- that she had better things to do and people to be with. I was so impacted by it that I kept dimming my light- especially around women peers so I would not lose them. It’s been a challenge to overcome that fear of being seen…. And possibly ousted for it.
