Today I'm looking at all 20 Premier League club's best under-21 footballer. Including: Quansah at Liverpool, Doku at City, Udogie at Spurs, Mainoo at United, Palmer at Chelsea, Ferguson at Brighton, Branthwaite at Everton & loads more!
Zabarnyi has been outstanding for Bournemouth this season. Good on you for shouting him out
Fair play for picking Zabarnyi 👏 Shows you actually know what you’re talking about, so many people would choose Scott without a reason why. Zaba has been amazing for us this season and honestly will be at a City/Liverpool level club in the next 2 years like Ake did

not putting Miley into breakout star is criminal. you said it yourself he is 17, he is the youngest player on your list and basically filled in in the prem and the champions league for us.

Loving the stuff you said about Udogie. Also I think Saka is playing in a way more well structured and organized system so its so close between him and Cole for me
Yeah really good point, althought it's not always easy to be as disciplined and part of that structure as people make out. That in itself is a major skill.

Harvey elliot is electric he's getting better and better with those fast pace plays. Quanshah and Bradley are also good at Liverpool.

@@Zkelpprr I think the majority of United fans rate Garnacho higher than Kobbie, but personally, I think Garnacho is being overrated slightly. In my opinion, Mainoo has the greatest potential out of the two
@JoshPhilp yeah no at this point it's the complete opposite of that. United fans DO love Garnacho but they also acknowledge - at least the ones with brains do - that he's still fairly raw. Mainoo on other hand has come into the team and been arguably the best player with only really Dalot being a serious contender ahead of him for that
@@JoshPhilpGarnacho isn’t overrated every game now he’s putting in 7 or 8 out of 10s he’s the only player that works hard along with Mainoo and hojlund and is the future of Man Utd and argentina

Aaron Hickey is class. Trust, linked with a move with Man City to be a long term Walker replacement. But yeah he starts every game when he's fit. Just picked up the injury at the wrong time because people have forgotten how good he was
Yeah - fantastic potential. Such a shame about those injuries.
Osula has always looked good in the spells he's been given, runs himself into the ground & is very strong. But, I would have chosen Arblaster. Since coming back to the club & making his debut v Bournemouth, made the midfield so much stronger at 19. MOTM performance in every match since! ⚔
100% agree with Arblaster being our best young player!
Liverpools best u21 player is Harvey elliot. He's been brilliant this season

I find it weird even a lot of Liverpool fans don't really talk about Elliot a lot, every time I watch him he's one of their best players!

Kobbie Mainoo reminds me of those 60s and 70s Brazilian footballers, that looks so good on the ball and so balanced.

Zabarnyi should 100% be in breakout star. Behind Solanke, our player of the season. Will be playing for a Champions League club within the next year and a half.

Hey! I’m a big jhon duran fan - Physical, pacey, aggresive. Just the player I like! I expect him to play a decent amount in rotation with ollie next season.

it's actually shameful that Mainoo isn't the chosen one here even if he's only played half a season
the boy is displaying the kind of natural press resistance we haven't seen in a football player since all time greats like Xavi and Pirlo; and yes there's still a lot for him to work on, and no it's not a guarantee that he'll turn out that good over the course of his career; but the boy is completely unique for a holding midfielder not just in the premier league, but in the entire world. Every time I watch him play, it's as if time just moves slower for him every time he's got the ball. He's an absolute prodigy
If you don't count Palmers penalties then he has as many goals in PL as Garnacho

But that doesn’t make Bradley better than Quansah who’s been reliable all season long, solid defensively and composed on the ball. Besides that one mass to Bruno he’s been phenomenal this season. While Bradley has been great for just a short period while Trent was out.
Honestly, the only thing Pep got wrong with Palmer, even if understandably given their attacking depth, was not proving there was a pathway there for him by giving him more game time. Wasn’t he told something like fight for your place or get sold after asking for a loan?
Palmer said he was told loan was off the table. Stay or go and he went!
Pep did say earlier this year, "if I'd given Palmer the similar minutes I gave Foden over the years, he'd be an integral part of the squad but thats on me".

As a Fulham fan we have some promising youth talent in the academies but we haven’t brought any up surprisingly. Though Stansfield will be a shout next season
Mainoo and miley should be in the same category both getting the same amount of goal involvements in the league. Miley doing that with 11 less starts. Not to mention when these played in the same game against eachother Newcastle won 3-0 in the cup.
Shame Koleosho at Burnley got injured early on. Honestly the best prospect I've ever seen play for the club.

Feels like yesterday that Dele Ali had produced better figures from midfield than gerrard and lampard at his age for the time and narrowly missed out on a prem title 2 years in a row and made a champs league final.

Man, I would not want to be on the end of one of his shots, not sure I can remember a more powerful shot since Roberto Carlos.
Think murilo should be breakout star he only played 13 Senior game before coming to forest and dont see them holding him in the summer big team be after him the way he finds a pass or even try a shot at goal from his own half

Despite being a rough diamond, he hit the ground running and has become skilled at attempting very long-range goals. Mainoo has a great passing range. Right now it’s hard to compare it to pogbas as he’s probably top 20 greatest passers in football history
I'm yet to see that long range passing from him, maybe I'm sleeping on it

Udogie has 2 clean sheets in the Prem this season. Spurs have 6. Every game he has missed this season Spurs have had a clean sheet. Defensive liability
I mean, having played 32 games so far being a part of 2 of their only 6 clean sheets doesn't make him a liability. Spurs play way different when he's in the squad and normally it's for the better

Not entirely sure what the criteria is, but disappointing to gloss over West Ham. Admittedly, Davie Moyes did have an illogical aversion to picking young players, but on impact alone when he played George Earthy surely worth considering as a 'needs more'?

Sheffield united, Arblaster is our biggest talent by a country mile after that it's brooks. Osula isn't particularly highly thought of due to how long he's now been sniffing around first team football for 3 seasons now and hasn't made much of any impact. Similar to jebbinson.

Genuinely think Murillo is going to be something massive - went from first senior season to starting every Premier League game since debut. Needs refining but his raw talent, physicality and skill is something special. Perhaps stats don’t show it as much but every Forest fan knows he’s special and is anticipating him leaving very soon sadly (and for big money)
I can't believe how good he is on the ball at 21. I can see a major European club taking him this summer (AC Milan vibes)
