Ipelionz there are two types of Lauoto , the Greek version is smaller than the Cretan version and tuned differently. It was a simple question , I wanted to know which type this was.
Andy Bole, your question should be "is this a Cretan or a Mainland/Island Laouto?" Both types are Greek laouto. The mainland/island (steriano / nisiotiko) is used almost everywhere in Greece, and the Cretan laouto is mainly used in the Greek island of Crete.
