People have to realize how smart is to see armwrestling as a fisics stuff,Angles, big and little muscles, effortless like Janis does, very usefull as always, great channell
Thanks, I'll try these methods. I usually get really sleepy after my first match and when it's time for right hand im already exhausted and super slow.
What tecnique should I use if I have strong lats? It would be also interesting if you cover this topic,on which tecnique should someone use based on the muscles you are stronger with. And maybe a comparison beetween the tecniques and the muscles involved(this can be really useful for someone who want to be better in armwrestling and maybe do not train specifically for it)
Great tips! For me, at my first national competition, it was hard to regulate the breathing. At the beginning of every match I was too excited and holding my breath too long, getting ready to hit, and sometimes at the end I felt dizzy. Any advice?? Thank you guys! You do an excellent job👌👌💪💪
Personally I need ALOT of warm up on the table... coming from the baseball background and being a pitcher I think is why it takes me a while to get ready
About training should we divide different days for finger( grip strength ) toproll training(my style) and back pressure day or should we do it all together in one day or mix some of these with other workout like chest bicep and others
good tips i like to lift my arm up and maybe shake it a little when its pumped can you make a video about what to do after table practise i feel like not doing anything after it causes me to stay sore for more time than it should be...
Nice video as always guys ! Only two observations. You didn’t talk about massaging some specific spots before competition (some armwrestlers do this in their warm up routine) Stretching is good if an injury happens. Or else the torn fibers tend to form vertically and that’s not good. Stretching helps them form parallel like they should. (That applies only if a small injury happens tho)
PLEASE LIKE THE VIDEO :)
