GitHub problem - pushing only one side of the MERN stack application (unclickable folder with arrow)

Pushing both server and client sides of a MERN stack application to a #github repository.
finding that one folder has an arrow on github and not clickable
commands
git init
git add .
git commit -m "Add existing project files to Git"
git remote add origin (your github repository link)
git push -u -f origin master

You can make a pull request to your work from GitHub, but the folder that has an arrow is empty that means you lost that folder

i have two sub git repository in one directory and you said that we have to delete .git folder in each directory but it can lead to deletion of my commit history of my sub directories as well but i don't want that.... How can i fix the issue please anybody help 😥

that works, i didnt saw to delte the git folder from subdolers also. but in chat gpt it shows its a subfolder defined which needs to be taken care through createing different repo link.
anyway , just delete the git folders. works fine. thanks
