I was just talking about this very thing with my mom the other day I was saying back in the like a better word all them days the 90s LOL if you miss a TV show or soap opera or whatever you can go back and watch it you'd have to tape it or hope and pray that somebody runs it again that's what I like about on demand and now if I'm not so worried about missing a show or anything because you can always watch it again on demand or on the Internet or something so that's something that's really cool yay technology!

I so agree!! My being fan of B&B started at the age of 7 in Finland straight from Pikku Kakkonen, that was children programme. I demanded always my Mom or grand mon reading the titles becouse I didn't know how to read and of course I did not know how to understand English but fastly I started to read and understand English becouse of B&B. And Ihave been a big fan now 30 years. I watched Every episode in the age from 7 to 20 year old. I grew with B&B. And I am so happy for these full episodes in here, I am hooked again!! 🤩😍

I just love the way Ridge looks at Caroline.
A lustful look to conquer her for sex and to spite his brother Thorne. Ridge has a different look when he looks into Brooke's eyes..and has a deeper connection and chemistry ..it is what kept me watching.

@@doloresromo199 When Caroline is around, Ridge doesn't even know Brooke exists. No, Brooke is quite superficial, cares only about herself, and men want her cause she's a looker, that's about it. But when Ridge looks at Caroline you can see the fireworks and feel the deep connection. They were meant for each other and those two snakes, Thorne and Brooke that is, should have never kept this super couple apart.

Queen Stephanie KNEW she was DRESSED TO THE NINES in that dress…and Eric did too. She was so elegant, classy, and chic in that white. I LOVED HER LOOK and gave her standing ovation for this Fashion Show look.

Ridge so sauve back then; so handsome; dressed impeccably. So different than the Ridge of these days. Gone are these exciting fashion days. Now they just use the office as a place of gossip.
I view NuRidge as a completely different character. No matter how hard I try....I can't imagine him playing in any of Original Ridge's scenes.

I like how this show, at least in these early seasons, had a pretty heavy focus on the actual daily operation of FC and all the various characters actually at work and doing work at their businesses and jobs. The writers managed to intersperse the daily grind within all of the soap opera melodrama. You actually see characters like Ridge, Caroline, Thorne, Brooke, Clarke, Margo, and Kristen doing their jobs and even talking about their daily schedules and routines while the were at home. You actually see Ridge brainstorming and making business decisions. You see Clarke constantly at his work station creating designs. Caroline is actually shown being an editor at her magazine and working hard. Thorne is constantly on the move at FC trying to meet deadlines. They're always talking about being late for work and having meetings. Ridge is actually a stern boss even to his siblings and demands the best from them. They all have ambition and goals. The viewer actually BELIEVES that these are successful, hard-working people and it doesn't just feel like show. I don't feel like other soaps of the time put this much dedication into the work lives of it's characters.
Stephanie is gorgeous in this episode, stunning outfit.
I have a feeling the fun with Clarke is about to begin.
Flannery was the glue of the show.

The first episode started as the fashion show was in progress. We saw mostly behind the scenes action. I’m not sure they had constructed the Forrester runway set yet 😂

Especially in that scene together ..their chemistry was also undeniable as was Brooke and Ridge characters. Some actors jus have that and work very well together ..this is what Bell Sr. banked on. The whole Caroline and Ridge Joanna and Ronn fizzled out they became a bore..not exciting. They made the mistake of putting these two back together and Ridge marrying Caroline out of Pity since she was dying.
I like Joanna Johnson as Caroline.
Thorne and Eric are your classic elitists who can't bare sight of the working class woman wearing anything other than polyester and mix blends just so they can feel superior wearing better quality clothes.

That fashion show was a joke🤣. I have seen mall fashion shows with better production values. Having the fashion show at their offices? The length of that runway? Five models for a major fall/winter show?? The silly commentary? The most unfabulous fashion media I have ever seen. Not a single celebrity in attendance in L.A. Not even faux stars invented for the show? Couldn't the show just pretend that were at New York Fashion week? Even when Gucci held their Spring/Summer 2022 show in L.A. they closed down Hollywood Boulevard at night and made it into a major production and promoted the Gucci film premiere starring Lady Gaga. Major fashion houses do not hold fashion shows in L.A, much less one of such low production values. This Forrester show looked more like a preview at an atelier for fashion editors or couture clients, but it wasn't promoted as such. It was promoted as their Fall/Winter 88 collection. Well at least Kristen had a competent runaway walk. She was no Yasmeen Ghauri or Naomi but the walk was passable enough. Clearly she did some model work before she segued into acting.
