That was fantastic! Sadly this show was before I had even heard of Tourniquet. I discovered them after Vanishing Lessons came out. I went back though and got their earlier recordings. I had always hoped to see them live, but I am afraid the opportunity will not present itself any time soon. Their music has helped me many times in my life. Thankful for such committed Christian examples like Ted Kirkpatrick!

I was there. They boys put together a great set. My only issue then, and for a long time, was that they replaced Guy Ritter after a stellar performance on Pathogenic with a guy who was never a metal singer. Luke was always a rock guy trying to be metal and it never worked. He was good on their slower albums, but I think they moved in that direction to compensate for Luke.
That is just my opinion and not meant to sound like I'm bashing Luke. I'm just saying that the combo of Tourniquet and Luke was never the best match.

Hi natan i wouldnt rate any christian metal as anything great except maybe times end by sant or touraquets first album.psycho sergery for me back then took metal hard core into a lot of new styles and new ways of playing metal.theres a shit load of very intracite playing going on underneath these rythems and tunes better apreciated on a high end valve system.i dont no maybe had fuew to many mushroom trips back then but used to be impressed by all the differnt veriations of chord progresions going on.i seemed to allways be hearing new things everytime id listen to this album.i cant think of any band back then playing anything near what they were doing.for there time.its ironic that a christian band took metal and evolved it into the future rather than most bands back then going over same old ground.

You were just weak in your faith Terry, that's what it means.

Maybe it means anyone with half an IQ could investigate the claims of Christianity and find out they don't add up! Being weak? That's a retarded thing to say. The weak thing is to never question and be a sheep follower. To think and come to a different conclusion than your friends, family and most of society and to say something, no...that is the definition of strength!

I thought Gary left with Guy? It's a shame he changed his beliefs. I don't understand writing and playing about the Gospel then deciding one day you no longer believe. Like Pete Stewert of Grammatrain. I don't get it. Luke's ok but he can't touch Guy. Also, Exoskeleton is a must, wonder why they didn't.

They copy Satanists. Spirit for spirit, flesh for flesh, but that's normally marriage.
