Exploring Shimla | Mall road | The ridge | Christ church | The Lift | Lower bazar | Grand hotel

In this video I am exploring local places in shimla- Mall road,Scandal point,Christ church,The ridge,Lower bazar,Lift.All these places are on Mall road and at walking distance.Personal vehicles are not allowed on Mall road therefore we have to walk to reach all these places.Lots of shops, restaurants,hotels are available on mall road.On the ridge we can spend some quality time with the view of shimla city and mountains.

Hi could you tell me best way to reach grand hotel from railway station with family

@@abhisheksharma4913 At the exit from railway station you can reach to vidhan sabha chowk by walking around 300 meters(you can take stairs as a shortcut),it is at just upper side of railway station,from there you will get bus to the mall road upto CTO(BSNL) building(around 1 km from vidhan sabha chowk),from there you will have to climb around 200-300 meters to reach the hotel.
Alternatively you can take a taxi from the exit of railway station and ask him to drop at AG chowk or DC office,but again you will have to walk around 500 meters from AG chowk or 300-400 Meters(climbing) from DC office to reach the hotel.
There are persons to carry your bag to the hotel(like coolie) you can book them if you want they charge around 300-500 Rs.
Charges for taxi are atleast 500 Rs even for a distance of 4-5 km.
