All five of these recipes look absolutley unbelieveable and delicous. Maybe a dumb sounding question, buy seeing as I can only find unaged Cachaca in my area, is it ok if I use that in case I can't find the aged version? Keep up the amazing work Lui, you just earned yourself a new subscriber.
Not a lot of cachaca where I live, but my understanding is that what defines cachaca is that it's a) made in Brazil; and b) made from sugar cane juice, rather than molasses and molasses byproducts like most rums. Rhum agricole like Barbancourt is also made from sugar cane juice - is a rhum agricole a good substitute for cachaca, or are the flavors different in some important way?
i just bought a bottle and we all had it straight and it wasnt that appealing in my opinion but im looking forward to making these drinks and giving it another shot
Thanks for the recipes of these caipirinha cocktails 👍

Novo fogo at least sells their barrel aged stuff on their site often with shipping promotions if you pick up a couple bottles

what do you do with all the cocktails that you make :)
Unfortunately.... I end up dumping them.
I have a question for making cocktails and bartending drinks. Should I use raw cane sugar or white sugar?
Depends on the cocktail. Each one will affect the flavor differently.
