Also how much CD do you need on your hat for this
I make around 680b/hr here with no event xp buffs
@@calvinl3316 Not sure on this. My hat is -5s cd but you can probably do this rotation with like a -2 it just won't be as smooth. You will have to wait a bit for BoD or tornado.
