I use a 6% p atk x bow and a shield of janua with 30 strength. The upgraded sky ring's are +5 CM ones and my awakenings are ~+55 strength on average. This brings me to roughly 4.5k strength (the white number) full buffed, which is the sweetspot for damage, upgrading more gear to the new sky fortress stuff will bring me over 5k strength and my pixie's supernova will go over the 2bil dmg cap with all encouragement (regular dungeon party), which will effectively make me lose dps

the correct yushiva stones reduce the damage for pets as well, so yes the beast stone reduces the damage the wind pixie takes from beasts

Not quite sure what you mean. The staff can be farmed in moon abhuva room/ lost mines and crystal valley as far as i know.
