Rural community turns loss of TAFE into an opportunity | 7.30

In the desert community of Wiluna, a remote town in Western Australia, jobs are hard to come by. When the local TAFE withdrew from the town it left behind an empty multi-million dollar building, and the community has turned that setback into an opportunity.
