Question about kicking. Is it better for realistic purposes to practice low kicks exclusively? Aside from sport martial arts, I do not see any need for kicking above the waist. The examples I draw my conclusion from are kyokushin, Muay Thai and Dogg Brothers Martial Arts. Those three disciplines primarily use low kicks. Your thoughts are appreciated.
