How to use 24*7 heart rate sensor in this watch

While your honor band 5 is connected with your Phone ,, open huawei health app ,
2- open Devices tab
3- open honor band 5
4- there is a option "Health Monitoring " open it
5- on number three is " Continuous Heart rate Monitoring" open it and chose your desire option from there.

Date and time will be Shown According to your Phone date and time.
Connect your Honor band with your Phone through Huawei Health app, and set your Phone time and AM , PM it will automatically set on your Band.
