I envy those who can declutter products easily. I have a huge collection for the “average” consumer and you have to actually PRY the products out of my hands in order for me to get rid of them. I have some strange attachment to everything, even items that I don’t use as much anymore. The whole “does this bring you joy?” question doesn’t work because everything brings me absolute joy. I’m so impressed with your declutter! Way to keep a fairly curated collection for a content creator. 👍🙌
I think sometimes it’s easier for influencers to let go of stuff because they may have gotten it in PR and didn’t have to spend money on it like regular people do. If everything in your collection currently brings you joy then I think you should hold on to those items and not feel like you need to give them up necessarily. I have a large collection also. I declutter but I’m really thoughtful about it and give products multiple chances before I let them go.
OMG Julia, I wish I was as brave as you! I can’t bring myself to get rid of any of my makeup. I do pass some to my Sister and Nieces. I love your collection. I have no excuse for having so much makeup. I love playing with makeup and creating different looks. ✌🏽

Nude Awakening by Wet'nWild is a must have. Even with all the high-end products, it's a pallette I keep in my desk drawer at the office, great for travel. Just perfection.

Is there much of a difference between the MAC powder kiss liquid lips and the bullet lipsticks? If so which do you prefer?
The powder kiss liquid lips are very close to the Kaleidos lip clays. They’re more moussy and velvety. The bullet lips are a bit drier.

How do all of you keep your glosses and liquid lippies, with doe foot applicators,from getting all goopy in the cap? I wipe them out, trying to save product, but the applicator "straw" sliding in and out pushes it into the cap.
