I love the fact that the characters in this drama are not shown in black and white. They all have their flaws, but they're not completely evil. They're simply human. It makes them closer to reality and potrays that everyone has their flaws, but that does not make them all-bad.
Rubab may be a terrible person, but she's sincere with Adeel and is very hardworking. Adeel can be toxic, but he really does love his parents and can take a stand for them when needed.
Usually, our dramas have characters that can do no wrong or do no right. This is different, and I love it.

Childhood trauma comes up in different ways. Mustafa hides his trauma and makes jokes and act carelessly but when confronted in front of his wife who he loves he cannot bear the pain. Very realistic feelings and behaviors here.
This drama shows how just one word of courage from your parents or family member can give you so much confidence. The way no one acknowledges the efforts of Mustafa except his wife makes me feel bad for him 😒
