He's an amazing down home chef! I love how he explains everything! No fancy bougie stuff! Just real Louisiana style cooking! Everything looked so delicious! His videos make me hungry for whatever he makes+ he's hilarious 😂😂😂
Never watch this with an empty stomach… it all looked so good and crunchy that it hurts. It hurt even more when he didn’t bite the crunchy soft shell crab… 😍🥰
I just want to know who gave this man a thumbs down. He is positive gives back to the community. And makes people laugh while teaching some life skills. That's money dude...
Thank God for the farmers and the harvest and the harvesters and the delicious foods and the workers in the fields 🙌🏾 🙏 and the butchers and chefs and the people who do the dishes Thank you to them. God bless Yall in America ya here and aroundthe world🌎. 🙏
Dude I've seen this man on podcasts.. Super down to earth.. humble man. Who loves to eat! I hear his wife might know the recipes better than he does 😅😉 Either way. I'd put it all on a cracker dood!
Here in Texas we call sac-a-lait crappie. It doesn't matter what you call it because when Stalecraker cooks it, it's gonna be money duuuu! Please come to the Houston area one day because you have a whole bunch of fans here like me who would love to meet you!!
Sac-a-lait.....french word that roughly translates into "sack of milk" in english. Its the cleanest white meat fresh water fish available. Absolutely delicious
I'm loving this guy more every day. Also the fact he's making a normal sized portion just to teach us makes me happy because you know he usually makes 10x more food than this!
A lot of rancid old food or the crab lungs you can give those to railroad bums or pay them to force it down. A couple hobos make about a hundred dollars a week for eating massive live toads
He channeled the spirit of those crabs while he was de-eyeballing them. He said he dont want to see them eating him. Thats exactly what they thought! You the crab whisperer
I love that you had the frog legs on there. That’s my favorite thing to catch here in Ohio. It’s better than cat fish and turtles. If you haven’t done a recipe for turtle and you have a good one, can you do that?
Anyone who bitches about him using the same seasonings for every dish... Congratulations... You've figured out the secret to a home cooked Louisiana meal. Yes! we use the same shit everytime!
Wait til they find out that pretty much all Chinese dishes at their restaurant, the sauces are some combination of oyster, soy and hoisin sauce in varying amounts.
Love this guy's videos. Such a great change of pace. What I like most is you can tell he loves what he is doing. Good on you dude! Aaaaaaa Eeeeeeeee!!!!!
I bought some recently too, its pretty good. My only complaint about it, and full disclosure, I'm a lifelong Marylander and my grandparents ran a seafood restaurant in Annapolis that I helped out in as a young kid... Its a lot of MSG in the 2 step. Not that I have a problem with MSG, I cook with straight up MSG all the time, but thats what makes Old Bay superior to not only 2 Step but pretty much all cajun seasonings, Old Bay has more spices in it and a broader flavor profile rather than having to dress it up with a ton of MSG it can stand on its own. That being said, the 2 Step definitely has its place as do all cajun seasonings.
This brothers recipes are ON POINT!!🙌🏾💯 I knew a friend that lived in nawlins and spoke just like that...positive energy and vibes ONLY✊🏾💪🏾keep it pushing country king😅
Oh yeah now we're talking, my favorite. Well really my favorite is frog legs, gator tail meat and craw dad's, I call it the swamp platter. That's a nice lookin platter dude.
Looks like $$ dude, let’s see some breakfast specials, I love to cook sometimes diced bacon and onions garlic, seasoned like you like it, diced tomatoes cooked down, and on some southern grits.

lol most styles of food do. people are just used to seeing chefs and cooks that want to blend different styles instead of just specializing in one.
