Had no idea they still stocked that lake. I remember the fishing derby’s they used to have, would have been around 15 years ago. Last one I was at. People were shoulder to shoulder around the whole lake.
Hey Brandon! thats a loaded question. At least you haven’t given up. Bass and trout are different species so you gotta fish them differently. Bass like to hangout close to cover. Trout like to school and cruise shallow to feed. Another factor is that any like around the winter time is TOUGH. Where water temps are 40-50 range. 60-75 would be optimal for bass. My best advice would be..Get on fishbrain and study where people are catching. Personally i haven’t fished bonelli, i hear about it all the time, but what im telling you goes across the board. Talk to people on fishbrain and ask. Most anglers are very friendly.
ima hit up Fairmont on the feather raft tomorrow since crappie are coming up shallow now that its warming up so i can test out my new crappie baits to get another PB .....ayyy i didn't know u have a camera rolling when we met lol
@@Crappie_Day got some googan crappie baits , Zman LarvaZ and some bass pro baby beav baits......i aint mad u recorded me im actually glad i came up in your vid
Sweet send me your catches if you do come across some. That raft is too sick not to post! But you and i are going to do perris as soon as that bluegill spawn happens.
Sweet 😃🤙(not the part about the gill dying). I still have that video in mind that you were talking about. should be coming up on the next video or the following. But it seems like you’re on the right trail 🤙

Wow i wish i was there 😃 yes fairmount has had a few stocks recently. There is one more this week.
What can I do to to get my catches, what baits for bass and trout. Have you ever fished puddingstone? So freaking tough there.

What crappie baits are you going to throw? I should’ve told you, as a courtesy you’re right. I apologize.

What kind of rod is that?
The one in the beginning? or towards the end? I used an okuma celilo 5’6 ultralight, and a phenix elixir 7’0.
Came out today to fish Fairmont park, caught a good sized blue gill. I ended up killing it on accident.
