I moved to Frisco from CA and I can tell you it was a lovely experience. I had to move back to Cali due to family obligations but Frisco was amazing. I am Black and the people were welcoming, friendly and kind. I never felt uncomfortable unwanted. The schools were great. I lived in Panther Creek and it was great. I have also lived in Georgia (hated it). Frisco showed me true southern hospitality.

Hello Dana, thank you so much for your videos. Can you consider a video on an update on Little Elm? With Frisco being a hot spot market it’s getting harder and harder to get in and Little Elm might be a good spot on the out skirts of Frisco. We do have children in middle school and in 2 years high school. They are very active in sports

Dana's comments to every city is very honest! Even though she live in Plano, I watched her video between Plano and Frisco, she gave very
reasonable, honest comments. By the way, Amazon 4 star store ( used to only have 6 in the USA; recently, Amazon opened the 2nd Texas one in Woodland, Houston area ) and USA unique ( at least, until today ) KidZania kids theme park!

@@movingtotexas I am just telling the truth! For example, this video tells people that your presentation has evidence because you explicitly tell people about this city by giving an excellent example. Most people use top-down approach, but you also use a bottom-up example so that people can feel that he/she live in this city for at least one day. So, people do not have to live here for one or two days try. It is similar to a home inspection, you give potential buyers a one day "city inspection" which every potential buyer needs.

Actually we start the business once we move in Dallas. Also want to buy the house near our business "Day care center"

Hi Goran, the best way I know how is to secure employment that will willing to transfer you down. That way you can get a visa to work here. Or you could do an E2 or EB-5 which is very expensive. Getting a job is the easiest solution.

Not necessarily. It is really all relative. TX in general is much more affordable than other areas. DFW is the 4th largest metro area in the US (NYC, L.A., Chicago, DFW) and is more affordable than another of the others. For example, I am moving from NYC to TX. We just had a studio apartment in East Harlem - the WORST neighborhood for crime and slum in Manhattan, sell for $595,000. You could literally buy two of these large houses for that in TX.
