Surah Al Waqiah ~ Soul Soothing Recitation With Alquran

Surah Al-Waqi'ah (Arabic: الواقعه, "Doomsday") is the 56th surah in the Qur'an. "Etymologically speaking, the word Al Waqiah comes from the word wa-qa-'a which according to Ibn Manzhur's opinion in Lisan al-'Arab means the basic meaning of 'falling (saqatha), consisting (ashaba), and descending (nazala)'. Meanwhile the word al-Waqi'ah itself, according to Abu Ishaq's opinion quoted by Ibn Manzhur, has become one of the names for referring to the Day of Judgment (Ismun min Asma 'Yaum Al-Qiyamah)."
This surah consists of 96 verses and is included in the Makkiyah surah group. This surah is named Al Waaqi'ah (Doomsday), taken from the words Al Waaqi'ah contained in the first verse.
