@@freddyceeclaudio9990 Yeah thats true it does get smaller overtime. I recently upgraded to a 7mm flat curb. But i still wear the 4mm with a standard cross pendant at the same time.

No the bails are to small. They biggest chain to go with them would be 3mm.
