The fact that the graphics look so good that the HUD and the Pickaxe look like they are edited onto the video is just amazing
HE NEVER interacted with the world its as good as walking thru a demo of any game u just visually look....in no way does it work...... if he breaks and places a block this would be impressive other then that its a 3d rendering house tour...

i like how Minecraft, WITH A GRAPHICS MOD is pushing the BEST OF THE BEST to barely maintain a stable 30 fps. absolutely insane man.
Well that actually has to do with the fact that Minecraft (the java edition) is really really badly optimized. The whole game really needs to be rewritten.

the fact that when the 5090 comes out you'll be able to play this at a playable fps is insane

I love how RTX makes everything look so cozy. Especially with how warm the lighting looks at night. It's like the visual equivalent of sitting by a campfire
Ye this is not rtx tho but seus pathtraced global illumination. It uses path tracing instead of ray tracing for a more accurate way of displaying light bounces.
@@danielkoolno Which basically means RTX. The seus dev can brand it anyway they want but it’s just raytraced. I mean they probably optimized it well for it but it’s very unlikely they designed their own version of it.
@@Acid_Ash correct rtx is the branding of Nvidia. Its covers the sofware used for raytracing DLSS and even pathtracing in the newest Cyberpunk game. But this video was made on the java version of Minecraft and that currently does not work with the RTX sofware and hardware hence why the performance is so much lower compared to the windows version. The upside to this is that this works both on amd and nvida cards. RTX is a brand that nvida owns so it would be wrong to call it RTX since it works on any gpu not only nvidia cards

You can see in the bud though that the gpu temps are only in the 30s
guys it's not about the gpu temps but about the fire hazard that results out of the occasional low-quality power connectors of the gpu series

Best thing about it: no matter how realistic you make the game look, it'll never escape the jankiness it has. It's magical - and I love it for that.
I'd like to see some regular gameplay with this shader/texture pack. It's definitely going to be a mess but would probably look nice as well.

This would be insane to do a virtual tour of a home in the future. Imagine you wanted to purchase a home and you could preview it using vr and you could see it in this quality that would be insane !

RAM usage? Patrix 256x256 needs 48GB installed at least, maybe you are getting throttled with those as well?
I like the plant growing through the glass shower. That is not a plant you want to be anywhere near while showing either, I have them outside the window of my home as a deterrent. They will give u stitches! That said it looks amazing! I just wish someone would show what it looks like breaking and placing blocks on these crazy mods.

I would like to see if the stuff in the video even works, while play Minecraft, where it is impressive how he made it look, when that is said, can you still mine block, kill ender dragon and so on. or is this pre setup. so when you try to do the same, you can't place most of these custom blocks.

If you look at the wattage pulled at the top right the 4090 is roughly only being about half utilized here.

I think my brain melted, the RTX 4090 AND minecraft are both insane when pushed to their limits
looks gr8 but the only thing that was pushed to its limits was his CPU - check temp and power draw of the 4090 - this thing is almost at windows idle.

It is surprising on how much you can change a block game to a Real life like game with a few texture changes and right shaders to make it look like a completely different game out of all. I would love to do this one day with my MC but until then it will have to wait.

To be fair, the game runs on a platform that is still updated today and the game's graphic rendering itself was massively changed somewhere around 1.6 and 1.8, so not 2009.

Something is not right , maybe gpu only using half power
one of the heaviest textures I've seen. Patrix; Hondilton; Stratum; they are not as heavy as this one, even though they have many blocks and realistic items, they are not as heavy as this one, I think only Umsoea texture can be heavier, please test with Umsoea:)

A part of Umsoea is now include in Ultimate Immersion (ducts, fan, palm leaves, stairs and more...)

its funny how every few years where the lastest and greatest GPUs get released with so much more power to run demanding, realistic looking games at higher framerates and yet everytime, people go back to test minecraft with them.

If you show this to someone in 2010 I bet you they would not believe you that this is genuine minecraft footage as I do say so myself and I will say 4090 has slingshot technology into the moons orbit and beyond and I am not kidding when I watch this it don’t even look or feel like minecraft anymore... not that I’m complaining but I am just impressed of the direction of pc gaming as a whole is headed and we did All this in 10 years.

I said it once when ultimate immersion mod was created, that this actually offers home architecture visualisation via minecraft gameplay. Before only in MC you could do it but soon UE5 will come offering same level of detail.
