- Hi guys! Join Mia as she dives into a gymnast’s conditioning routine! 💪✨ Conditioning is a fun and challenging workout that gymnasts do to build strength and endurance. Here’s how it works:
Pick 4 locations at home:
🏠 One for jumping
🏠 One for push-ups
🏠 One for burpees
🏠 And one for tuck jumps
At each location, perform the exercise for at least 30 seconds. Can you complete all the rounds like Mia? Give it a try and feel like a gymnast at home!
