Our performance at the Olympic is a reflection of the state of the country. I did not expect anything good to happen, and I was not disappointed. Until we have a good govt, nothing good can come out of this country. Is there no allocations for sports? But thief thief no go let us rest.. when nigeria ready.. we are over 200million amd every sports can be well represented if we do the. right thing. Woe to the leadership of this country.

As a Jamaican, we had our worst Olympics, but still managed 7 medals. It baffles me how a country with such a huge population like Nigeria won zero medals. I was even more shocked to find out that Nigeria only has four medals in the last four Olympics. What the hell is going on?

How could a country without a functional government hope for a medal in a olympics? The same goes to a world Cup qualification. Look at what is happening with the appointment of coaches. Nigeria is laughable indeed!

Over 200 million and not 1 medal? It seems like if yall 200 million + put yall heads together and come up with a winning strategy yall should be able bring home at least one.

The whole world can see what’s going on in Nigeria. It’s embarrassing when all the talent is there. Shame!!!

The whole world does not see what's going on in Nigeria, I don't hear or know anyone who's up on Nigeria's news. We don't hear anything about Nigeria in the US.

If we don't have money, we should support few athletes that are potential medal hopefuls. Whats the gain of taking 80+ athletes to the Olympics and winning nothing when countries with fewer athletes won medals.
