Hi Mohsir I am so happy this video has helped to inspire you! It is one of the greatest feelings when you are able to walk again without support! Super awesome man!
I know it can be very frustrating as recovery is so slow. Please believe in yourself. No matter how long it takes. No matter how hard it is, never give up your work to get fully strong again!
I stretch and exercise every day. I am 5 years into this now and still in recovery, however since i managed to complete that race in 2015, I continue to set new and higher goals for myself every year and i don't give up. I have since even cycled up some of the toughest mountains in the Alps -still with only my quadriceps (upper leg muscles) really working properly.
Please continue to dream every night....and work in the day to conquer your dreams.
