One of my favourite characters of recent EE and the best EE villain of 2018 and probably one of the best within the past 6 years or so (besides from Gray and a few others) As a hardman I think he definitely deserves more credit, his most active year was his villain arc in which he fought evenly with Mick twice (the fight which they had off screen implied Stuart won) I think I always had Stuart over Martin before their punch trade tbh, considering I never had Martin higher than Mick and Mick is just ahead of Stuart.
@@H.K.5 Oh, I did for ages too! I would definitely rank them on the same tier, as well. I still go back and forth over who I rate higher out of Martin and Keanu.

That’s a good point but you have to remember how easily Keanu beat Ben during their first physical confrontation and then Ben did better against him when they rematched, he probably would’ve put up a better fight against Martin too if they fought again. Plus the size difference between Martin and Ben is way bigger than Keanu and Ben. I definitely agree Stuart Highway is well underrated, in fact I would say Phil isn't much harder than Stuart, actually Phil vs Stuart would be quite a good fight to be fair
Stuart is definitely underrated because people seem to forget he's a unhinged psycho underneath which makes him lethal, in a similar way to Grant. Physically-speaking Phil and Grant were probably on par when it came to fighting, but Grant having that edge of being a psycho once he got going made him undefeatable in my opinion - a Terminator - whereas Phil was the voice of reason and tried to hold him back, in the '90s at least. I still think Phil was slightly wary of Stuart when he threatened him over Callum, he knew he was unpredictable and it was best not to start anything with him.
Also Max never really overpowered Jack, he got lucky he landed on top of him and Jack at end got on top of him and was going to beat him like he did in their first fight in 2008.

Hard disagree, Grant treated Phil like a joke, he was never given a good fight from Phil. Prime Phil and Prime Grant in the 90's there is no reason that they both wouldn't destroy the likes of Jack.
I don't see how he was overrated. We never saw him struggle against anyone he fought, and he made easy work of Steve Owen, Beppe and Gianni Di Marco, Dennis Rickman, Jake Moon, and Johnny Allen.

Stuart and Martin are both average hardmen in my opinion, I don’t think either of them are underrated or overrated.

I have him at 12th in the EE hardman list with Mick at 11th and Keanu at 10th.
