    Sir, We want to purchase an angular chimney for our 9'x7' kitchen with one 75 cm 3 burner oven. One 6" exhaust fan already installed. Please suggest brand and model for a chimney under 22K approx. Thanks

    • @TrekBookIndia
      @TrekBookIndia  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      my suggestions are based on the fact that you said your kitchen size is 9 feet x 7 feet & it already has one exhaust fan, A 60 cm chimney is typically sufficient for a kitchen of this size
      Option 1
      amzn.to/3L5IV5b
      Faber 60 cm 1350 m³/hr Auto-Clean Angular Kitchen Chimney (Hood Zenith FL SC AC BK 60, Filterless Technology, Touch Control, Black): This chimney has a suction capacity of 1350 m³/hr, which is sufficient for your kitchen size. It is also an auto-clean chimney, which means that you don't have to worry about manually cleaning the filters. It has a touch control panel and comes with a 1-year warranty.
      Option 2
      amzn.to/45Xkkav
      Glen Sintra 60 cm 1200 m³/hr Angular Kitchen Chimney (Hood Auto Clean Curved Glass, Black): This chimney also has a suction capacity of 1200 m³/hr and is an auto-clean chimney. It has a curved glass design and comes with a 2-year warranty.
      Hope this helps 😊🙏

    Faber Mercury Pro 60 cm. Please suggest if this is good or should go for something else in this price range. Currently selling for around 11000.

    • @TrekBookIndia
      @TrekBookIndia  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sorry for the delay in response since I was traveling
      The Faber Mercury Pro 60 cm is a good kitchen chimney in the price range below 12000 INR. It has a suction capacity of 1200 m³/hr, which is sufficient for most kitchens. It also has an auto-clean option, which helps to reduce the need for manual cleaning.
      Here are some other good options in the same budget:
      Glen Sintra 60 cm: This chimney also has a suction capacity of 1200 m³/hr and an auto-clean option. It has a curved glass design and comes with a 2-year warranty.
      amzn.to/44E5qoy
      Kaff 60 cm: This chimney is also an auto-clean chimney with a suction capacity of 1200 m³/hr. It has a sleek black finish and comes with a 1-year warranty.
      amzn.to/3EnDhYl
      Elica Classica 60 cm: This chimney has a suction capacity of 1100 m³/hr and does not have an auto-clean option. However, it is made of stainless steel and has a sleek, modern design.
      Ultimately, the best kitchen chimney for you will depend on your individual needs and preferences. If you are looking for a chimney with a good suction capacity and an auto-clean option, then the Faber Mercury Pro 60 cm is a good option. However, if you are looking for a chimney with a more stylish design, then the Elica Classica 60 cm is a good choice.
      I hope this helps!

      Prima plus baffle filter
      Vs

      Personally I prefer prima plus because of below reasons
      1) higher suction capacity than everest model
      2) lower price than everest model
      3) its baffle filter type which is good for typical Indian Oily preparations

    Need advise, I don’t ve the option for install Ducting, which type of Chimney Should I buy

    • @TrekBookIndia
      @TrekBookIndia  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Actually here is no such Chimney as ductless, all of them need ducts.
      So when you need to use the chimney as ductless, then the sucked air need to be releaesed inside kithen only.
      Hence it should be cleaned throughly before releaseing inside kitchen in below ways
      1) You need to remove particles, such as dust and dirt, form the air (generally done using Nylon filter)
      2) Trap odots, gases and neutralize them (universally done using carbon filter)
      3) tral minute particles like Smoke, Pollen etc (generally done using 1 micron HEPA filter)
      So based on above I am suggesting you
      Faber AERO SPARKLE PRO 3D AB TC 90 model
      amzn.to/3Ouy70w
      Reason for suggesting 90 cm model is that you need to cover maximum area as possible, so go for highest size 90 cm
      Second this is that above model have 3-in-1 AeroStation which contains all necessary filters.
      And despite of having so many filters it has good suction capacity of 1095 m³/hr
      Hope this helps 🙂

      if you are staying in village, then you must select local manufacturer or the one who has service options available - since its a machine which can go under repair any-time, you must ensure service support availability.
      Although Glen brand is good, there is no guarantee that machine will function fault free, also some maintenance required over time period

    Could you please review this model 6072 Glen Filter less chimney. Though I am looking for baffle filter chimney, but I think this should suit Indian cooking style, as this is angular.
    Also can we clean baffle filters in Dishwasher?
    Thanks

    • @TrekBookIndia
      @TrekBookIndia  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Most baffle filters can be cleaned using the dishwasher.
      Usually run it in the 70 deg cycle which ensures that all the grease is cleaned
      Just ensure that no bleaches or harsh chemicals should be used as they can corrode the metal.

      @@MKSundaram actually all my friends use traditional chimney designs, but those have one drawback of less space between chimney and burner, I mean operational free space.

    Sir, liked the video. I am planning to buy angular auto clean filter less chimney. I saw the Faber and Whirpool and elica with almost 1200 section power and almost same price range. But Whirpool is proving 10 years warranty and hence others only 5,years. Since Whirpool is new in market should I go ? Service is not a problem as I m in Banglore

    • @TrekBookIndia
      @TrekBookIndia  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      My personal opinion is go with the one which is already present in market, since the problems are already surfaced out and generally counter measures also taken by the companies.
      New introduced company or product takes some time to go through actual usage cycle 🙋

    Should i opt for Fable filter or Filterless where we do Oil food little more .
    Can you please suggest 90cm chimney according to present situation and models.
    And buying duct pipe from online is better or buying from executive is better.

      Sorry for the delay in response since I was traveling
      Just find below basic answer to your query
      Yes, you still need to clean the baffle filter in your Faber chimney even if it has an auto-clean option. The auto-clean option helps to remove grease and oil from the filter, but it does not remove all of the dirt and grime. Over time, the filter will become clogged with dirt and grime, which can reduce the efficiency of the chimney and cause it to malfunction.
      You should clean the baffle filter every 3 to 6 months, or more often if you cook frequently.
      If you have not purchased chimney and want to know further plz let me know
