For example sharing what boxes are availiable now for retail or close to retail and explainig its contents, the best cards in the set, the print etc. Going through why it would be sougt after in the future or not. I guess it is impossible to know which boxes and sets are going to explode like the tag all stars, but i would be interesting to at least make an aproximated guess.
A reason dream league booster boxes increased a lot was because of cosmic eclipse hitting over $300 . You also in a Japanese booster box still get about 4 trainers with there Pokémon (red pikachu etc) in a box aswell as the secret rare pulls etc

Plaza Japan started their preoders for Eevee Heroes and it's £63! That's more than they charged for Shiny Star V preorders. I feel like they are anticipating the high demand for it and are taking advantage to scalp it. Retail value is £35, which is the usual for subsets as far as I've seen
Is there a reason nobody buys from amazon.jp ? The prices are so low and u don t even have to deal with costums or anything and the shipping usually only takes like 3-6 days? I mean i can buy 3 boxes for 150 with shipping and costums. And on ebay 1 box goes for 120 without shipping... .???? Am i missing something?
It’s a great source for Japanese boosters and highly underrated. Right before dream league went up in price I had ordered 3 for about $130 total. Just a few days ago it was on there for about $75 which is still much lower than what it sells for on ebay. Only down side is the limits on several items. Unable to buy more than 3 at a time on sets like remix bout, miracle twins etc.
Amazon japan is good but has issues: 1) they won’t sell you promos that come with boxes 2) they have limits on what you can buy 3) lots of Japanese exclusive stuff is unattainable 4) a LOT of the stuff is run through several local stores and that causes issues with supply and also getting the product in good time Personally, I never buy from Amazon just for those reasons. There are better alternatives to it. But definitely good if you only want a couple things.
pretty sure this is wrong. yes the product is printed in waves, like english now, but sets have a print run time on them too. Do you think all sets have the same print waves? How come we can still get champions road and dragon storm. Those sets have been "reprinted" multiple times and so will dream league. the set is still under two years old and makes no sense if they stopped. demand is just very high in japan and the english market for that box so the wave is selling faster than other sets. Tag all stars is an exception as it is a holiday set. Holiday sets in Japan are printed in waves and have a 1 year print run unlike normal booster boxes that have 2year+.
I bought a couple of boxes of japanese sets from japan about 2 months ago and I hope they come soon. I don't know if I'm going to crack any or keep them sealed though.

Yeah, I feel like over the past year alone that a LOT of people in the US/Canada have gotten into buying Japanese booster boxes/packs. Probably thousands of people. They may start to do things differently over in Japan if the demand for Japanese printed product continues to blow up like it is now. Reprints may become a more frequent thing in years to come.
