hello Giorgio, thanks for the quality of your videos. I was wondering if you know the regulation/ laws about renting/selling flat rated with F or G energy efficiency, for instance in France it wont be allowed to sell those in 2 years? would it be the same in Italy as it is EU law? cheers

Georgio, how popular are these towns for air b&b tourists?

Nina Sirmione is the most popular for airbnb tourists. Desenzano and Peschiera del Garda are also very popular (both have train stations) Toscolano-Maderno less so and Tignale much less so. Honestly I do believe Lake Como and Lake Maggiore offer far better value for money
