Sir banking competition bahut kam ho raha hai 2016 me clerk 20lakhs the. Aaj 2024 me 7.5 lakhs hai. PO profile ke liye kafi negativity hai.privatisation work pressure aur po job bahut accha bhi nhi aur accha bhi nhi hai. Public dealing kafi negative ho raha public ka transfer policy HR policy overall ratings below ho chuka hai bank job
