    # 1 : I LOVE YOUR HAIR COLOR! It's gorgeous. #2: I'm so big on writing my goals and notes on paper. Between that and my vision board that's how I see things really happening in my favor. Once I write it, My brain becomes obsessed with it. Great video, you just got a new subscriber :).

    Okay I am a new subbie and definitely going to show your channel to my husband. He is an over thinker, a perfectionist, and wastes so much time freaking out about his thoughts rather than taking action. This will be so helpful :)

    I used to overwhelm myself with things I thought I needed to do but that just left me making little progress so taking small productive steps regularly and using techniques like the 5 second rule have been really helpful!

      It’s so much better to simply take action, right? Hope you and your family are safe xx

    I'm an over-thinker too, to my detriment. I just recently heard about the 5 second rule - I am going to try it today. I also need to find an accountability partner.

      It works, you just need to do it consistently, so that it becomes a habit. Thanks for watching!

    I love the doing one thing at a time idea. Like doing Themed days instead of trying to do everything at once during a day. Do you do Themed days at all?

      @CoachSimona  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I try to, but sometimes it gets a little bit boring, so I like to have my options :)

    Really needed this today Simona thanks! How is it that while I know these to be true it's hard to follow them with certain things? Pushing through resistance to finally finish my taxes - boom!

    • @CoachSimona
      @CoachSimona  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It takes time to make the unfamiliar familiar. The unfamiliar in this case is taking action. The more you build that muscle, the easier it gets to push through your resistance. Thanks for watching! x

    I need to set rewards more for myself. My wife loves to set rewards for herself and defiantly gets her to do harder work. We celebrate how many youtube subscribers we get just by going to Red Robin or something. Its simple but it works haha

      Love that!! Setting rewards is such a great idea, especially when you have someone to share it with :)
