      a minimum of 150gms needed subject t a maximum of 250gms.
      greengram - 75 to 100gms
      blackeyed peas - 25 to 50gms or may be more if u like them
      bengal gram - 25 to 50 gms everyday.
      among these the last one will take quite a lot of time to sprout.

      మీరు రాసింది చదివితే, తెల్లవారుజామున అనే అర్థం వచ్చేలా ఉంది. అదే కనుక అడగదల్చుకున్నదైతే అసలు ఆ సమయంలో ఏదీ తినకూడదు. ఎందుకంటే క్రితం రోజు తిన్నది బైటికి పంపే ఏర్పాటులో ఉండాలి. అందుకని మంచి నీరు మాత్రమే తాగాలి.
      ఒకవేళ మీరన్నది బ్రేక్ఫాస్ట్ లో అరటిపండు ఒక్కటే తినొచ్చా అని అడిగారనుకుంటే.. మొలకెత్తిన గింజల్ని మొదట తినేసి చివర్లో ఒక అరటిపండు తినండి
