Richard Speck - First off, saying nothing at all is more polite than telling someone to shut up during a meeting. Saying “shut up” doesn’t make that guy any less obnoxious than Murr. He was interrupting just as much, if not more, than Murr was. The guy in the green had a more appropriate reaction by shushing Murr. He gets the point across but isn’t distracting the entire room by talking. Murr is hardly interrupting anyone anyways since he says things when there is mostly silence or when everyone is clapping.

You would have to tape your mouth shut and tie your hands behind your back to guarantee that you actually did nothing to offend anyone there. Can you imagine having Buzzfeed or Tumblr on your resume? I wouldn't even let anyone know I worked there unless it was a computer specialist (network, UX/UI, securities, etc) position.
