This property is a peninsula so it is still accessible by the mainland. Also, there are currently three airports serving the island of Eleuthera. North Eleuthera International Airport (ELH), Governor's Harbour International Airport (GHB), and Rock Sound International Airport (RSD). Permission to build an airstrip on this property would have to be granted by the Government of The Bahamas.
So in a way, you're saying that the person who buys this island is really just the property manager, right? Are there annual property taxes on this island?
@@KING_DIAMANTE_NEGRO No, that's not what we are saying, not sure how you came to that conclusion. The person who buys this island, owns the island. The real property tax rate in The Bahamas is 1% of the market value of the property for anything above $500,000. As of 2019, there is a ceiling of $60,000 on an owner occupied home.
Tim makes the Islands look even better. I caught myself staring at him part of the duration of the video....lol Just being honest...lol!!!
Looks like a great place to make sacrifices to moloch
