Sadiq Khan needed to say more clearly, using plain and extremely simple language ( for Susan Hall), that he does not decide what training courses are offered. He said as much in this clip, but Susan Hall (and a number of people in this comment section it would seem) refused to hear it.
He is so in control of his role with the police that he has no knowledge or even interest in the 'proper training' - got his finger right on the pulse wouldn't you say? 🤔
