hi, i use it mainly to plan for my ig and yt posts. on the inside of the flap, that's where i write what particular post is for the day for example, today august 9, i wrote "august pwm" and "weekly spread" since that's what i planned to post i also use symbols so i know where i need to post, i use a triangle for yt and a circle for ig on the other side, it's just my notes, highlights and growth tracker for my socials i hope this helps! ( ◜‿◝ )♡
