Chicago Public Schools Law Department Fabricated Cases Against Black Principals

The Chicago Public Schools Law Department targeted at least six principals for removal last year and all six that were targeted were Black. One of the three best example of the Law Department’s malfeasance in conducting these investigations is the case investigator Kelly Tarrant concocted against Principal Abdul Muhammad.
CPS’s own "ASPEN" report shows that a young female student was sexually harassed on three different occasions by an adult male security guard, and she reported this harassment to at least four different Lindblom staff members, and three of the four staff members failed to call DCFS, failed to call the OIG, failed to inform the principal, and failed to complete an ASPEN report. It’s important to note that none of these four staff members was Abdul Muhammad. In fact, the ASPEN report shows that the only time DCFS was called was when the fourth staff member informed Mr. Muhammad, who then directed that staff member to complete the ASPEN report and call DCFS.
Yet somehow Tarrant, under the supervision of Libby Massey and Ruchi Verma, forwarded Muhammad’s name to the OIG to be investigated for failure to report while giving at least three staff members who put that child in danger a pass, which allowed them to remain at Lindblom to fail that child again. And fail other children again.
The evidence shows that Tarrant established a pattern of using school staff--especially the school clear, LaConda McDaniel, to fabricate outlandish claims against Muhammad.
The record shows that Muhammad was the only person who followed the district’s sexual misconduct reporting requirements, but Tarrant needed someone to say that he didn’t. And in an unbelievable twist, Tarrant used one of the staff members who exposed children to sexual harassment to accuse the principal.

The LAW is a capricious science. The LAW was meant to bind and restrict the BLACKMAN. Cops pull us ova for a safety infraction which never occured. You go before a fake magistrate, judge and get found guilty. Now the Officer's generated revenue, the COURTS made revenue. Than DMV which is a totally seperate Department of the GOVERNMENT makes u pay additional fines. Then the " INSURANCE COMPANIES " charge u additional charges and then decide to not offer u their services, so now u can not drive and now u cannot make money. The STATE SPONSORED ALL OF THIS. Then they use ur money to fund these Yt rural communities who don't generate any monies. The thing is, everyone was in on the scheme except u. Before it was Motor Vehicles, it was the Department of CORRECTIONS. We have been the burden bearers for Amerikkka since the inception of this country. And they have used these LAWS TO CAUSE CORRUPTION AND TO KEEP US UNDERPRIVILEGED AND DEPRIVED. The sad part are the ones that can't see and understand how the system works, so they rather jus go along with it rather than complain. Than have the nerve to say black people are violent and no good and decide to cross the street when they see one of their own brothas when there coming their way. Non of our people create the GUNS OR THE LAWS that govern GUNS in our neighborhoods. U are being hoodwinked, bamboozled, fooled and the sad part is u love ur MASTERS. WAKE UP

Just can’t trust human beings no matter where you go. Too much drama at the top. You can absolutely trust certain people to do their job "issue is we keep putting the same kind of" in the jobs of power do we know them already despite despite the system knowing how to weed them out. What we in America have to do stop excluding people because they don't have the necessary accredited educational achievements and or degrees! The politics at the top positions in every school system is just as toxic if not more so than prison.

@@divinebynature7056 who says just sit and do nothing. We need to teach our children the value of getting a good education or to learn a trade. Not to sit around and do nothing. Teach them don't need nobody's name on their clothes to be somebody. I raise tow sons. I was up at the school every chance I got. I followed up with their teachers. I look at these children now. Out all hours of the night, committing crimes etc. Some parents reward behavior with things instead of imparting wisdom. Both sons went to college, one finished with Master's the other is working. They are on their own making their own way. I just retired after working as a registered nurse for 42 years. I have encouraged several people to become nurses. Some did some did not. At church I encouraged children to I go on to college or learn a trade. Seems like we as a race of people are going backwards. And prayers do work
