Does anyone remember when they released the McGrath and Carmichael RC motorcycles with the Gyro in the back wheel does anybody else remember those or am I the only one?i had the McGrath one
Wish i could send a picture.. I have the Tyco RC (blue McGrath version) in my hand as I type this 🤣 dug it out amongst all my kids stuff from around 20-25 years ago! Ive not found the battery yet, but when i do I’m gonna run it alongside the Pro Moto, think the Losi might just win this battle!
This actually takes real practice which is very interesting in RC these days . Most stuff is truly plug and rip but this requires training to do well. It’s very rewarding when you learn it well and when you see others ripping it on the track you can truly appreciate that other guys skill set . That is what makes this amazing it’s in its own class
I think the bike is overpriced myself, but I think the X max is over priced two and I bought one of them so😊 but yeah, these rc’s are getting ridiculous in price I want one of these but I’ll wait till they have a sale
Take it to a baseball diamond with no grass on the infield. It’s not the biggest area for it but it’s big enough to do some flat tracking and have a blast.
It's fun, and after driving it around more over the last few days, you can turn it in smaller areas. You just have to practice slowing down to the right speed for the turn you want to make.
@@nocontrolrc8290 Yes sir, you definitely figure out quickly that you have to use them brakes. Look for construction sites that you can run on when their not working. Construction sites with a lot of open ground and hills can be a blast.
I have everything but the losi super baja rey is my favorite. Xrt second. Sledge xmaxx, promoto is fun, but doesn't do it for me like a fast truck. Not at all. Do it last, after you get a fast truck.
@@nocontrolrc8290 I just got a new DBXLE. Its really nice. It's not quite fast enough so I have to do some modifying. The XRT is ballistic with the max 5, but I can't quit thinking about the DBX. Oh and my super Baja Rey. I'm really liking these losi cars. But all r/C's are cool. 🙂
I'm opposite. All those trucks keep me interested for maybe 5 batteries and then they collect dust. Bikes keep me going cause of learning curve. They too get boring compared to helis and big gas planes
I was fortunate enough to get a green one, otherwise I would’ve never been able to run it. The basic proprietary battery that goes in the compartment is asinine. And the charger that comes with it, I got a better chance of getting a hummer from Cindy Crawford and I do this thing charging anytime quickly.
@@roblapouple7552 as I said. It’s proprietary. They use G2 batteries. Other batteries have the balance lead also. This tray, that the battery goes in does not have a cutout for the balance lead. Do you even own one? I bet you don’t.
I bought the green one luckily because no other 2S batteries in it except for the proprietary G2 batteries from spectrum. Send the dumb S120 charger takes 3 1/2 days to charge one battery. It’s a total scam. They want you to upgrade to these batteries.
Ordered one the last week in June. It seems ONLY those with TH-cam channels ready and willing to shill for it are getting delivery of them. I'm about to cancel my order 😠
I feel you. Believe me, Losi has no idea who we are. I will say that it might be one the way to you without getting a shipping notice or even a tracking #
Hang in there. I got a blue one ordered on June 28. No notice from HH, fedex dropped it off. Didn’t hit my credit card for a week. It’s worth waiting for! I thought September for sure, and , Boom, there it was!
@@nobody617 Why should I continue to support a company that deceives and cares nothing for its customers. I own ONE Losi that I purchased two years ago. consider it my last.

We have a group that is growing at our local rc offroad track and we have no problem turning sharp turns. We race once a week.
It's all about practice with it. Just soo much different than a truck or car.
I appreciate your honesty thank you , great video 👍🏼
Thanks for watching
Love the shirts !!

Very true. I have been practicing the last few days. it's a whole new experience. It definitely has a learning curve
That's awesome sound n exhaust pipe smoke would be great badass KX Thay should have 4 and 2 stroke sound mode it's coming.SANDSHARK RACING 512 .
That's what KEEPS something fun aswell, things that are easy to use loose their appeal pretty quick, that's why I still love bikes and helicopters 😁
Wild how good it goes on 2 wheels ha an evin wheelies🎉🎉awesome ❤❤
Green looks sweet!!! Gotta love the kawasaki green
Nice unboxing !! Thanx 👍
Actually, yes you can fitba higher capacity battery. I purchased two Zee 6500mAh Lipos from Amazon. They fit just fine in my bike.
Great info. I have had good luck with the zee batteries.
Twice as much fun for 1/2 the price of a Spektrum
The extra jersey I ordered came in the mail today and same thing no tracking number or anything. Still waiting on the bike to arrive though.
Hopefully, you get it soon. 🤞

It is fun, and you will not regret buying one when the time comes.
I can tell you HAD to have the Kawasaki green huh? lol
You can make sharp turns with some practice.
Sure can with practice and the right speed. Dirt is much easier for me than doing it on grass. But I'm still not great at driving yet.

The bike was super cool and a lot of fun but we've primarily stuck to 4 wheels haha

Seriously just buy a decent battery charger and any shorty pack will work easy. . If U not 100% brain-dead U will be able use regular packs too ..
@@roblapouple7552 I have a decent charger. You can’t charge the G2 battery’s with it. Do a bit a research before you blow your mouth off.

Long grass is dumb dirt or shorter the better
U have an excavator and a big pile of soft dirt ! 20 mins and i would had a track with couple jumps setup ... 😢
No key. I checked
@@nocontrolrc8290 flat head screwdriver should do the trick 😉
You need more practice.
It gets easier and easier with every run for sure. Just have to not drive it like it's a basher style truck

maybe you should cut the grass. Seen tons of people running on SHORT grass, not 7 inch.
