It’s wild seeing Americans discover Kylie within what seems like the last couple of years, when she’s been a best selling artist for decades.

Early 2000's she was becoming the new global pop star but she was aussie and Britney should be promoted like crazy instead plus American producers/managers never been very amused with that idea. US is used to export music, not importing.

I am a Detroit born American, and I became a kylie fan back in 2002 when I was 15 . I gotta say I love fellow Americans and are rediscovering her for a third time. First, it was Locomotion, then CGYOMHead now Padam Padam. She has loads of ballots, one that comes to mind is confide in me. When I discovered kylie in 02, she was already 15 years into her career and on her 8th album. Looking back, being a new fan myself back then, I found that going backward was the best thing to do. I had 8 albums. All you new fans have 16. Good luck and enjoy. By the way, also check out her bsides and unreleased tracks, also bangers, and the best tour to start off is the Aphrodite Les Folis tour in 2011 from the 2010 album Aphrodite.
Slow and In Your Eyes, you're gonna love those two
Kylie is the best. She can do anything! Sing, dance, act, produce, choreograph and sing in many genres. She is the hardest working artist I have followed. She is innovative and she never mimes at her concerts! She sings live at all her gigs, and what is so amazing for a lady of 56 years of age in 3 days from now, she is still producing hit songs like Padam and her voice never changed! She can sing Locomotion now and sound exactly like she was singing it in 1987. In fact, I think she sounds better now than she did when she started out in the 80s. I could keep going on and on about Kylie, words can't express how much I admire this lady's immense talent. In fact, she writes or co writes most of her songs now and she records them on a small recording unit she carries around in her luggage. And I must say, most of the songs she had written, are my favourites. Please keep reacting to Kylie! She works so hard and she really deserves more recognition like you are providing her. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
She has dozens of hits. Ballads: Flower (Which she wrote for the child she couldn't have after recovering from cancer), and If You Were With Me Now. Confide In Me is hypnotising, neither dance or ballad. All her videos are great. For a dance banger from 1990: Better The Devil You Know.
"Confide In Me" is s different kind of song from her, but you can still move to it. "Slow" is also excellent... a slow banger.

Timebomb a classic from the era was overlooked by the younger generation at the time so didn't really chart but was one of her best songs if you want a more slower single try put yourself in my place or red blooded woman

Finer feelings is an amazing ballard released in 1991 (I'm showing my age now). The video was shot in Paris, it's such a beautifully shot video, and an amazing song. She looks stunning. She performs it as part of a medley on her Fever tour which is incredible and a must see on TH-cam.

As a huge huge huge Kylie fan I would say the ultimate Kylie track that wasn't a hit but is one of her absolute best is a song called "Cupid Boy" from 2010 off the Aphrodite album. Her best sad song in my opinion is called "You Are There"

Oh yeah, she has plenty of slow/ballad songs. And they are just as good as her dance style songs. All her albums have good songs, but I think her earliest albums have the highest number of excellent songs per album. Ironically her first song, Locomotion, is one of my least favorite songs of hers.
