Enjoying the RC Everyday back catalogue! Thank you, always cool to learn more be it accidental or deliberate, on painting, weathering. Really fun to see all elements come together.

Looks like my driveway and my garage floor with the oil stains lol .. the metal shavings was an awesome addition. This is so awesome.. one day I might have to do something like this. Cardboard, popsicle sticks, some balsa wood and some accessories., epic job my friend!!!

Enjoy how you walk through things and what your thought process was at the time. Agree that the metal shaves are a home run! Sometimes less is more but I agree that some kind of tire/wheel leaning up against the wall, a mouse/rat hanging out by a dog bowl next to the Coke machine, or some kind of pinup calendar would add a lot.

Need an old fly fishing rod and tackle box in the corner or rafters. Maybe a pop bottle wet ring left on the work bench. Like your attention to detail that you’ve put into this project. Best of luck with the diorama. Keep it scale. Thanks

I say 3d scan it, then 3d print copies of it, or a mold to pour resin in for your groovy dioramas, this type of 3d art statement stuff would sell!
Maybe include a micro shop radio for tunes or to replicate air compressor tanks refueling like a type of clock once per hour, wire it all up with tiny LED lights wherever within the diorama/display/micro movie set it makes sense.
    Rock on captain.

Looks cool wish had the space to make a scale shop for my rc to sit in! As for the calendar there's loads of cool stuff like books calendars and magazines on eBay usually advertised as for the cab of crawlers or Tamiya trucks!

That garage is lookin' good! personally I think a small, super worn down like trailer tire would look good somewhere. and maybe a rusty bumper or something on the wall?

I don't have room for a scale garage yet. All my various model building and R/C stuff is living in and out of a storage unit. Sucks but we do what we must.
If that was my drill press it would have to have a bit of cutting oil stainage on the floor around the base😆

It would be cool if you could find some tiny service manuals or 3 ring binders you could make look like a parts book or service manual. I know even working on my 1998 its quicker to look something up in a book than find it online.

I know you’re trying to keep that vintage, but some kind of like pegboard or rack that you could hang scale tools on that one detail that out totally
